"Binding - Sharing passions" - Team Building 2016

On  Sep 11,2016, more than 30 ADCOM Consultants's staffs  and their family have to go to Thao Vien Resort in Son Tay District, Hanoi to jointly participate in Team Building activities.

With the aim of taking care of the spiritual life of the workers and employees and building movement of fun activities after stressful working days, Team Building 2016 program carried the slogan "Binding - Share passions"- express solidarity, the shared passions for the work, the desire to conquer the peak of technology, determined to make the business target, put ADCOM on a development and harvest much more successful.

Team Building is an annual activity that ADCOM Consultants is always interested, attach special importance to organize to deliver the moments of rest and relaxation for the staffs as well as to respond to their efforts and struggles in business activities. This is a practical activity helps mounted staffs from office to production workers, the opportunity to exchange and reunion, solidarity and attachment in the Company; is also a chance to have the opportunity common living, understanding more about colleagues, friends in and outside the company.

This year, the organizer had hired professional Team Building partner to organize activities to exchange and share, the sports activities and entertainment programs for the staffs and their family bring to a holiday more fun and meaningful.

The games in Team Building 2016 programs are designed to focused on establishing team interactive operational model - to help participants discover the potential of themselves, know positive of friends, colleagues around, from which staffs have a positive attitude, ability to coordinate better in building and developing strong teams, contributing to building strong company.
