In August 2015, ADCOM marked the new success in vertical load test with the testing load is 4000 Tons per pile at the Xuan Mai Riverside apartment building project.

There is a static load test method being applied widely in the world by the outstanding features is the Self Balancing method (might be called Osterberg test, Self-Balanced static load method or Bi-directional test method).

By far, the scientists in the world have tested the deformation sensor (strain gage) in the pile body and then proceed with the measuring supply load testing. Whereby can clearly identify the load transmission of pile and the reaction of the ground.
